• In your letter: indicate style of editing, the audience demographics, requirements for text format and any other details - important to you, that a proofreader must take into account while working.
• Regarding the theme (for example in scientific reports), describe briefly, the subject and the scientific field so we can choose the best editor.
• Indicate a desired date for the work to be fulfilled, as it may influence the copy editing service price and sometimes the capacity to provide them.

Definition of the text volume is made from the original text per a standard page. The account manager will count the copy editing service price for your text & send you a commercial offer. If you are satisfied with terms of our offer, confirm & pay.

We follow the Privacy Policy of any information, received from Customers, and can make an agreement for copyediting, if a Customer desires. All reports will be prepared and sent after completion Edited texts are usually sent via email. When it is necessary to certify the text with a seal from our company, you can take a paper copy from our office or call a courier.

We ensure that all our redactors are native speakers of those languages they work with.
